Currently we are looking to fill the following positions in Business Development: 

Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy POC (Proof of Concept), perform product demonstrations, presentations, and installations; fix technical issues
  • Analyze business requirements; plan and execute installation of security solutions
  • Face-to-face engagement (on-site support) with customers to provide technical support
  • Complete technical documents referring to TOR/training etc.
  • Create the necessary project documents for knowledge transfer
  • Deliver technical presentations and product overviews with prospective customers
  • Provide technical training as requested by sales team or customers
  • Learn, research and keep up to date about technologies/products with partners, customers, and internal teams
  • Assist with technical support by phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science or related field
  • 3 years or more experience on a similar position
  • Knowledge about Windows Server and Hyper V 
  • Basic knowledge about networking
  • Experience in cybersecurity landscape, especially in end-point protection is an advantage
  • Good analytical thinking and service mind
  • Good Vietnamese and English communication skills

Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Setup, install, and configure security software (Endpoint Security)
  • Provide technical support related to software installation and implementation
  • Provide solutions for technical issues (in person and off-site)
  • Administer project and security software troubleshooting, problem solving and reports
  • Handle and monitor IT helpdesk, ticketing system
  • Responsible for day-to-day basic standby service
  • Available to provide technical support by phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 years of experience in IT Support, system engineering, cybersecurity solutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge in Networking, Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS), Security Software (Antivirus Security), Virtual Environment (VMWare, Hyper-V)
  • Hands-on experience in Windows Server administration and basic knowledge of Linux servers
  • A customer service and problem-solving attitude
  • Strong background in desktop support including hardware, software, and networking concepts
  • Good problem-solving, organizational and service-minded skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure
